Renata Carnieletto is an electrical engineer, with a 2011 Master’s Degree in Power Electronics for Smart Grids from Santa Maria Federal University. She holds an MBA in Business Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (2018). Working for Xcel Energy, she helped develop the smart grid inverter for the Smart City project in Boulder, CO. She worked for 4 years at ELO Sistemas Eletrônicos as an application engineer and smart grid specialist, and has been at WEG Equipamentos Elétricos for 4 years as a Smart Grid Sales Coordinator.
Leonardo Dib is an electrical engineer, with a master’s degree in Communications Technologies for Smart Grid and IoT applications. From 1998 to 2002, he worked for Ericsson with cellular network planning. In 2002, he joined ELO Tecnologia as a solutions engineer. From 2006 to 2009, he worked at Itron as a Solutions Engineering Manager. In 2009, he joined ELO Sistemas Eletrônicos as an Applications Engineering Manager. From 2015 to 2018, he helped start up Smarti9. He is currently a Smart Grid Applications Coordinator at WEG Equipamento Elétricos.
