Since 2012 Brazil has experienced structural regulation improvements for solar projects, which gave the country its top ranking amongst emerging Latin American PV markets.
In addition to the country’s net-metering regulation, the Brazilian government is now expecting to further drive PV development through solar-specific electricity auctions. How will these conditions influence the PV sector and what can be expected for the local PV market in the near future?
This webinar will briefly introduce the latest developments on the Brazilian PV market, as well as present the current opportunities and challenges faced by the national and international PV players active in the country.
